Royal Tichelaar Makkum commissioned Alexander van Slobbe, Hella Jongerius, Jurgen Bey and Studio Job to give a modern interpretation of the traditional flower pyramid.
At the Salone del Mobile in Milan, the 'Pyramids of Makkum' have been exhibited for the first time.
After Milan they will be shown at the ICFF in Murray Moss' New York gallery.
